Turn on your T.V. set today and hear about the savings

“Buy now pay later and save,” they say and we are taken by their ravings

When we pick up the evening news we also see their advertisement

And as we turn on our car radio we are bombarded by their announcement

“Don’t look old,” they admonish. “Our product will keep you younger

Another ad claims, “You can lose weight without ever knowing hunger

Enlarge your breasts, enhance your figure, come and join our spa

Buy one and get another for free, come to our store and buy and buy and buy

“It’s easy,” they claim.  “Buy bulk, use your credit card and save more

Then comes the monthly statement and you find your credit is beyond restore

It is then that you realize that what you have bought must be paid for now

You need to pay for all you have bought but on your budget you wonder how!
