Doesn't "expecting the unexpected" make the unexpected expected?

*What is meant by the saying, “Expect the unexpected?* *Doesn’t expecting the unexpected make the unexpected expected?* *If one supposes something can happen then it certainly is anticipated* *If it be anticipated then it is reasonable to assume it is not unanticipated* *So then if it be likely, foreseeable or even considered predictable* *Then one could safely consider this to be probable or conceivable* *So my question is a simple one, what does this statement mean?* *You either expect it or you don’t but there is no in between*
