Margie & Jim were married on Christmas Eve; thus this birthday song was extra-appropriate. You just GOTTA know what this tune is!

ALL I GOT FOR CHRISTMAS WAS A SAILOR BOY

                             All I got for Christmas was a sailor boy;

                                                                     but what a joy;

                                                                       my sailor boy;

                                All I got for Christmas was a sailor boy,

                                  So I could wish you Merry Christmas!

 

It seemed so long since I could say:


"Santa left some goodies in my stocking!"


Every year I'd peek inside,

With both my knees a-knocking!


Finally I got a little Christmas cheer;

                                that special year;

                               I bagged my Dear;

All I got for Christmas was a sailor boy;

So WE could wish you Merry Christmas!
