ZUCCHINI!  We've given quite a few of them away.  Bill planted a lot because last year's plants only produced two zucchinis.  Well, that was last year!  This year, they are producing prolifically.  We gave one person 23 zucchinis!  She was making relish, which by the way, is delicious!

So far I have made:
Zucchini-Spaghetti Casserole
Zucchini Bopka
Zucchini Relish (Bill said it was "better than boughten")
Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cupcakes (my favorite!)
Zucchini Frosted Coconut Bars
Zucchini Cake
Mock Apple Bars (Delicious--You'd never guess 
                                             they were zucchini slices)
Zucchini Bread
Celery-Zucchini Soup (He raved about it)
Zucchini Date-Nut Bars with Caramel Frosting (Mmmm)
Zucchini Slaw (just okay)
AND frozen it--shredded, sliced and chopped.

I think I've caught Zucchini Fever!

ZE ZUCCHINI IZ FILLING ME WITH ZEAL AND WITH ZEST.

I'M ZIPPING IT IN BAGZ, AND I'M GETTING NO REST.

I THINK I'M BEING GRADED IN THIZ HUGE ZUCCHINI-FEST!

WILL I EAT ENOUGH ZUCCHINI TO PAZZ ZE FINAL TEST?
