Just fooling around ... I hope they make you smile. Be nice to me, I haven't posted for awhile!

A little old lady named Mable
Got up from her seat at the table.
She couldn't recall
Why she sat there at all,
So this is the end of the fable.

 

One Sunday in the middle of June
I floated all the way to the moon.
A little green man
Said, "Go home if you can,"
As he punctured my flying balloon.

 

If fingers and toes traded places
Then socks would be closer to faces.
To strum a guitar
Would be harder by far,
And no one could tie his shoelaces.

Loopy? I know not of one person who does not like limericks. These are precious and I must agree, the last one is my favorite.

First I smiled. And then I laughed. Apparently you haven't seen those people born without arms who can tie shoelaces and do everything else with just their toes. That first limerick seems to have Alzheimer's… I have it checked and then put in a nursing home (loony bin). ;-)

Everyone wants stinky socks to be in their face.
