What a great title! Andrenaline Junky! Your choice of words are so vivid that I felt like I too was freefalling. In my opinion this is an excellent poem and perhaps to provoke someone out there to ask themselves that question. Great job Elizabeth!
I see some of these "adrenaline Junkies" all the time as I pass the ER on my way to work. I prefer more safe activities like reading and commenting on poems, now that I am 42 and fragile. Well stated and point well taken.
