When you get back to normal pick up a bottle of ESTER-C 1000mg / Take one a day / If you start to feeling like you are coming down with something take four of them at one time / I found out about this almost a year ago and since them I have not been down with the flu or cold one time, Elizabeth / And this from a guy who has emphysema / It works / The trick is to take the four tablets immediately after you start feeling like you are getting sick / You can tell if something is coming on / You can't overdose with it / If you take too much it passes out of you through your kidneys . . .
