Be not frightened For I witnessed your birth You grew so quickly I shed a many tear Remember the car wreck Someone pulled you free You would not be here If it were not for me Tho� you never saw my face You felt me near I heard you thank me You had nothing to fear Wisely you spent your time With family and friends Raised your children well Look at them now A rough life you lived Sometime by your own hand Consequences Of actions taken Now it�s time to go I will lead you through I cannot stay forever You will find your way A new soul is born He shall need me My charge is ended Your reward waits Tho� you never saw my face I know you felt me near Be not frightened You have nothing to fear
