My list goes on and on,And the results
keep going wrong...

Our little ones highchair
has two front legs
but it seems their on the back
and the back ones face the front
Her new little toy we just bought
lays lying in a hump
The lawn mower we just got
has never mowed or cut
The oil was put in one hole
that was so obviously
labeled GAS and the gas
went in the oil side,
Now it will never cut my grass!
The seed we planted yesterday
was spread on top of leaves
And more than likely
it won’t grow
cuz’ it was planted
under trees

Haphazard appurtenances
Jerry-rigged appliances
My list goes on and on
And the results
keep going wrong
I’ve look around
and all I’ve found,
so many odd projections
All because
the men in my house
refuse to read directions!
I hope you enjoyed my funny
but now I’ve got to say
I just got a phone call
For my honey’s lost his way!

( *$%&...Where the HEC are my keys? )

A wonderful recounting of how things go... or not! - in your household, Kimmy. I am sooooooooo glad that it's not only me and mine that live this way. But we learn to make quirk work, right? Nothin more satisfyin than rewriting the plans of designers and manufacturers, after all! :)) Good one! K xx

Who needs instructions. I never need them or read them, until I surrender, that it is quicker and vastly cheaper to read those elongated instructions...

Took me years to realise that speed does not equate with a good job done..

Eaten that humble pie many times every year...

Buy your honey a GPS receiver, it does not require gas or oil so he can't mess it up...as for the lawnmower, well there are ways to fix it, but it might just mess it up further...I am thankful for Rene, she is Miss Fix-it round here...she has more tools than I have ever seen a woman possess...LOL, Ed

Now this one is more my language. But my horse is of a different color. (Just a shade or two lighter.) You see, we buy our things already *$%&ed up, curse it to the *$%ed up men who made it, and return it. AND I too am the "Audible Key Handler!" Yours truly, your daughter.
