I recently presented a seminar at my publisher's first convention...
I stood before an audience
They waited for something from me
An enlightenment, a lesson
A joke, so all could hee hee
"Having fun with fiction"
Was the title of my speel
I got them writing, yes I did
And on a roll I did feel
Then laughter drifted upward
I felt I was in a zone
For teaching is a blessing
But getting a giggle
Is like giving a dog a bone
A mindreader, a mentor, a jester
They all have their time and place
But the best thing to see
For me, at least
Is that smile across their face
hello, jello, Lynn. Glad you had fun, nice write of expression. I see you learned some words that had me picking up the dictionary. I found one but the other I didn't. maybe after finding the first one I don't want to find the second one. cheers G

Oh this was so nice...I taught art and I
just loved the smiles on the faces when they
learned a new technique...getting the giggles
can be upsetting but then it also can be
fun for all....loved this..floria
