Ever trust your hair to a stranger?

I wanted to take scissors in hand
I have done it so many times before
But then I hate what I have done
With piles of hair on the floor
I can't take back what I did hack
I sometimes even cry
Today I had an hour and a half
To find a licensed cutter to try
I pulled into a house that said
Doris Anne's Beauty Shop
I entrusted my head of hair
To a stranger, 'cause there I did stop
She had one lady under a dryer
She said she didn't mind if I try her
So razor in hand and
Willingness in heart
She cut away and did her part
To make me feel better
And not do that cutting thing:
Taking scissors in hand and then
The wailing sing-a-ling

Cool humour Lynn, I've been cutting my hair for thirty plus years. I started cutting my wifes but got tired of being the in house barber so I quit. She harasses me all the time to cut it, so I give in. On the last hair cut I took her out to a hair dresser. Sometime I hate cutting my own. Seems everytime I'm real tired she wants her hair cut. G
