You got your ying and your yang...I got my ping and pong

Poem Artwork

You like your ying and yang
I gots me my ping and pong
after all these years
Always wanted a ping pong table
We never seemed
to have room for one
or made an excuse as to why
it was not "the time"
I went and bought one
on sale at Dick's yesterday
and honest to all that is
ping and pongish
I knew I was going
to be at the top of my game
with this baby
Never athletic, it still
felt so right
We turned it over
to get the bottom constructed
like the black and white pic
in the info. packet
and two fifteen year olds
went at it
All went okay until
we flipped it and saw
stratches on the surface
Must have been something
on the floor we put it on
my baby was already violated,
but it didn't matter
I was going at it like it was my job
I volleyed with my nine year old
granddaughter and stuffed her
Man, it felt good to be playing
The ping pong balls were flying
all over the room
We bought a bucket of them
so we would not have to stoop
to find them and slow our flow
We played something called
Seven up,and man
I was almost sweating
I put up my paddle last night
and slept straight through
I think I will buy
wrist sweat bands today
This is serious

This was fun. Sweat bands? Don't forget the sneaks and don't forget to do your stretching exercises before you ping your pong.
