Oh my...I MOST DEFINITELY can find a common denominator to this...I too waitressed once...now I am a CNA...ACK what's the differance...still my blasted ankles (and knees too) ache!

Make your husband let you ride on his back for awhile in the Diner, but don't drip no coffee on him? You might try some roller skates. Yes Lynn, I'm insane, hee, hee, have always been that way. It's a harmless insane though. I'm enjoying your book, my sis, Laura wants to read it. Laura was amazed of your picture and your Axelson look. Rub & soak those ankles cuzz, I said so............

HA! love this write, lynn! i can relate to this so well; work in a restaurant, but am not a server! work in the back rolling silverware, but i am constantly up and down, up and down, upon my feet, and by the time i get off, my body is SCREAMING for mercy! not easy livin' with this pest called arthritis, but i DO manage to do my job very well in spite of it! :) (((HUGS))) thanks for this humoresque write; enjoyed! :) love, your (achy-breaky) friend, karen lynn. :)

(((oh, boy, lynn))) (((((HUGS))))) do i know the pain of achy, breaky ankles...and feet...and knees...and hips...and oooohhhhh, boy...the achy breaky BACK! bless your little heart...i stand at my job, too, as a cashier...i take the money in, but none of it goes to me *snif* and i'm so nice to the guests! :) y'all DESERVE y'all's tips...you put up with a whole lot more of abuse than me! *a pox on those that stiff ya* i understand completely...heartfelt write...that many will identify with *i did* (((HUGS))) and i hope you only get customers that tip you well! love, karla. :)
