Rain Rain get the #*!! outta here!

We've had enough rain, already..."Aunt!" I mean "Uncle"

Days and days
Of rain rain rain
Soaking us
Like a sponge.
Gloomy skies
Bring heavy sighs
It's just not
That much fun.
Stay inside
Until you're
About to
Scream your
Head right off.
Then the sun
Peeks through
A black cloud
And a smile
Lights up,
No more loss.
Hope comes
To even the
Most cynical...
Rays of golden
Glow.
The rain?
I guess it
Wasn't that bad,
Now that
Brightness is
Putting on a show

Cute poem, Lynn, one I can certainly relate to. Wouldn't be so bad if it would rain one day and not the next, but this on again, off again has got to go. Your short lines really fit! Lisa

I know what you mean. Can't get anything done outside, and I get stuffy in the house.
Thanks dear cuzz! For being a great cuzz.
