I always try to find something funny to write about...sometimes I have to really stretch to find something...
"You say tomaaaato
I say To "ma"to..."
Blah blah blah blah blah
Hah hah hah hah hah
I drink the juice
Of the red thing in question
Does it really matter
How we say direction?
Infection, correction
Inspection, Erect...shun
I looked at the
Can of red juice,
And thought
How is it that
We twist and contort
The way that we say
This and say that
Who are we???????
Dr. Seuss?
The Cat in the Hat?
Perhaps I shouldn't
Have rhymed today
Then I would not have
Written the wrong way
But I am compelled
To write something at least
In my merry old way
With my writer's word yeast
Brewing and bubbling
A poem or two
More fun I can't have
Oh, this is so true ...

I think this is a neat write cuzz it is..
It's silly the way they say some words
down here in Arkansas. Like right now is
said, rat now.

one of my FAVORITE books growing up was "The Cat In The Hat" by Dr. Seuss; still love it now! LOL (Guess I am a kid at heart...LOL)
