Hi Lynn...I am just the opposite...I devour books....when I have time...between computer..den...art...it gets crazy...I dont like tv much...I dont really watch all that much...I would rather read anyday...especially in the summer sitting out in my swing....this was nice...makes poets think about it...nice form to it too...thanks for writing it...floria

I always watched too much TV as a kid. Never read very much. On Saturday mornings, I watched cartoons while no more than six inches away from the screen. Nowadays, I read like there's no tomorrow. I guess I'm catching up on time lost. I read poetry, crime novels, non-fiction, and a lot of comic books. Comics, I think, bridge the gap between TV and reading. A comic book is almost like a television on paper.

this had me LOL--my mom used to get SO annoyed...delve into a book, lose me for hours...she SWORE up and down i had selective hearing LOL

last night, before bed, i dove into "the surgeon" by tess gerritsen a no-no...GEEZ scary...hadda find out who dun it LOL needless to say, i'm wiped LOL
