Accepting the satus quo is not in itself wrong, unless it is based on ignorance.
When rock referred to ages, our rage defied the Man, man, fueled by glass ceilings, tropical war secrets, guarded southern school doors, protective feminine pedestals. We scraped at thoughtlessness like a Zamboni. Clean Ice? Not quite yet.
A wonderfully deep, no, profound actually poem, Rusty-friend. Makes one think and that's good. We could all use a lot more of that.
