I love the tingle of a cool mist kiss. The first one is the one to start the excitement of the best of the yewar for me too. I love the smell of leather and flannel. Guess I'll head to the Appalachians for Fall. Can't get into it here in Florida.

We have had some intermitent rain, today. Went walking before it hits really hard [at least that what the forecasters tell us]. Absolutely refreshing - the walk and the fragrances.
Love the fragrance as it touches the ground, but I especially love the sound. Yep, yep --- goodbye summer, love that fall, so "hello fall."

Don't get struck by lightning, Eileen; you sound like Karla and her storms! LOL Good for fall; glad the summer is just about overwith; it won't be long before it starts cooling off here; right now temps in the nineties, but not too bad. It could be a lot worse; at least we're not in the 100's anymore!

Eileen, this is just a lively poem...I just love it and I would like to join you singing in the rain and dancing. The images bring lots of imagination to allow a readers mind run wild. A keeper.
Oh I'm finally getting the music right off. And what a Wx Pic! Did you shoot that!! Classic: well our season here in FL is just the opposite, we're sort of praying for drier, cooler weather (in October) here; winter is our dry season. And if you love rain, you would've loved yesterday here: 5-8inches on the East Coast from a Low moving in off the Atlantic. Enjoy your weather!
Aww...and here is me, a grey-cloud Brit who is subject to SAD (Seasonally Adjusted Disorder) and who can only do sun-dances and not rain ones... But you show me how, Eileen... and then some!
