In times of duress,I feel blessed
Because God's spirit reduces stress
A rainbow of happiness appears
To show me just how much He cares
When the shadows become too drear
I know His light will soon make clear
His love that overcomes all pain
That teaches us how to maintain
I'm so happy I learned to trust
Our Creator does what He must
When with faith we learn to believe
All loneliness and fear He will relieve
Christmas is one of those perfect times
To celebrate how our lives can rhyme
Because our heavenly Father shows our worth
By giving salvation through His Son's birth
