Poem Artwork

Out of the misty shroud of dawn
Leaves of gold, crimson and fawn
Season speaking out to me in all
The polychromatic colors of fall

Allowing the kaleidoscopic images
To grace the otherwise plain villages
Transforming the drab colorlessness
To one season of emblazoned richness

Such brilliant messages of life
Showing vegetation that's so rife
It's as if the angels sang a gloria
To the mystery of phantasmagoria.

Ah, classic Eileen. Full of beauty, life, hope and poetry spun like a magical web to be savored long. I am so glad to see your renderings again being posted. I hope your health is good. I wish you a very happy time of Thanksgiving my dear friend. I bid you love and peace. Jon Michael

You always read my mind, Eileen... I was just about to mail you AGAIN but you beat me to it by making your Queenly appearance bang on time. Hope heart and soul are OK with you; they seem it from this health-giving write. Eyes must be good, too! An explosion of well-being hits the page. Categorically phantasmagorical! Bless you, xx

Dear Eileen, your poem and your picture describe so realistically the image of autumn, as it is also in our area. Nice to see you again. Be well, my friend. Love Emile

Tiggs, you're back xx
A very interesting write, autumns colours are gorgeous, just so sad that Autumn, like Spring, don't last very long.

I think the song that is now circulating my wee brain was by the Mamas and Papas?
