In loving and grateful memory
It was a year made more difficult
By the passing
Of a great and dear friend,
Someone of incomparable loyalty
Who gave of herself

Thanks for the laugh at the end. Over the road truckers, especially if they are women, cannot stop by the road and run behind a tree, especially if there are no trees in sight. I can tell from your words that she was a very special friend.

I lost a cousin just starting his retirement on vacation snorkeling in Hawaii who helped me one time when I was really in need. And a good friend from high school who always kept in touch and was the one keeping track of all of our classmates and died. He seemed to be in good health.
