Poor little robin in your boots and hat
right there in the snow bank is where you sat.
Where did you hear it was time to return?
From this day forward that advice I might spurn.
But what's that I see? A smile on your face!!
You fall to the ground, a snow angel you trace.
Not such a bad idea after all
maybe you should stay later this fall.
Invite your friends so you all can play,
have some fun then be on your way.
What a sight to see in a field of snow,
Fifty tiny snow angels all in a row.
