what...are they crazy...are they INSANE???

cedar point is building a new ride
(one that's guaranteed to make me hide)

"top thrill dragster" the name of this thing
this ride is MASSIVE...this ride is king

it's (gulp) four hundred twenty feet high
reaching waaaaaay up, 'bout scrapin' the sky

rips along at INCREDIBLE speeds
waaaaay o'er the limit of safety needs

how does one hundred twenty grab you
(if i ride that thing, i'm gonna spew)

i love roller coasters, but they're NUTS
this is one ride that would kick my butt

think i'll stick with millennium force
i would ride that one with no remorse

three hundred plus feet is fine with me
high enough for this ride devotee

today's rides are gettin' too extreme
"dragster": guaranteed to rip out screams!!!!

i love roller coasters. i mean, really love 'em. i've been a member of a.c.e., american coaster enthusiasts. i love riding 'em.

take for instance, cedar point amusement park (sandusky, ohio). they already have 15 roller coasters at this park. i've ridden the majority of 'em, and love 'em.

but i think they've gone completely crazy...they announced their new ride for the 2003 season...their sixteenth coaster (no wonder cedar point is called "america's roller coast").

the "top thrill dragster," a 420 foot tall "stratacoaster."

(gulp) *420 foot tall* "millennium force," a coaster built a couple years ago, is 310 feet high...that was the tallest one in the united states.

now this crazy thing...

guests will approach speeds of 120 miles an hour...what's the speed limit, 55 miles per hour?? that is a little too fast for me. okay, a whole LOT too fast for me.
