Try crossing a New York street. Never forget that experience in the past. Won't even visit NY no more and loved it when I was younger. Old age does take away some of our treats.
I stopped at the red light because I see a metaphor here Trying to Cross. I am on my horse, so I just pulled the reins back and gently said "Whoa, Bogota earns respect, the pedestrians may one day be authors." And, as you have said,
"It's as is said
in Scripture
You'll find it easier to go through the eye
Of any chrome needle, Sweet."
It is just about the same in finding a needle in the haystack, where I am headed with my mare where I find gentler times. Be careful on those Bogota streets, Randall...Blessed Be.
Randall,
When I lived in Japan it was about the same. I always tried to cross at a corner when a big truck was turning and used to to run interfernce for me.
Bogata...I have my best friend down there now visiting his good bud Emilio. Emilio has this awesome restaraunt there. I'll need to get you the name. Happiness is a horse when crossing the street in Bogata. Isn't it The Flower carnival time?

Susan
Homer's Ill Iliad & Odd Sea Odyssey (420 pages) is an adult satire/parody rewrite of the classic stories of the 10 year Trojan War and of the 10 year adventure of Odysseus trying to return home to his native Ithaca.
