~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
your unpredictable sigh
fuels my curiosity to consider
the greater movement
of words syncing in universal momentum
seeking out
what is overtly shy from expressing
a deeper sense of mystery
living in the grooves of your eyes
revealing a colorful ambiguity
flowing through tears of your dreams
realizing nothing is really how it is seems
and even less,  greater known
just ask my shadow touching
the fragmented reasoning of your unbridled character
Jude, I think Ron Hull's, "unbridled", is the perfect compliment to this fine work -- may peace, love and joy be always with you -- JMW
Enjoyed the poem, Jude, as always, but liked the poetic photo on your bio too, meaning you look very poetly. Is that a word? :-)
It's been awhile, but, even before the click, I knew I was in for a treat, Mr. Jude! How the hec are you? :)
Right away I thought of me, and how, somehow???, my husband always knows when I'm thinking too deep, or something isn't right sitting in my head...It's the mystery of love! :)
Some woman tend to keep alot to themselves too, especially if they feel a sense of unbalance within their own hearts, and before they try and put a finger on any reason or situation, they will contemplate all scenarios before they share! Some just blurt it out! But now were talking Bridled! :) or muzzle, or something! LOL!
Excellent pen~
Love and Peace~
Fascinating write.
I especially liked...
"a deeper sense of mystery
living in the grooves of your eyes"
As the eyes may be the windows of the soul.
It can also be said that the frames can tell things.
Written in lines words find hard to express
I'll add you to my list of must watch poets.
Right words in the right place at the right time: perfect poetry! :)) Your concepts here remind me of the quote by Oscar Wilde which influenced my writing of Pierrot-Pierrette: “A truth in art is that whose contradictory is also true. The truths of metaphysics are the truths of masks”. Happily, as personae, we are all art, works in progress, and constantly in transition and metamorphosis. I love the image of “unbridled” which makes me think of strength, beauty, grace and freedom in full flow, unrestrained as they’re designed to be. And your usage of “fragmented” in this instance makes me think of awe-inspiring pyrotechnics exploding in a myriad of kaleidoscopic pieces against the backdrop of a velvet night sky. As for your “shadow”, what are you like after two weeks’ growth, then, Mr Bush??!! Just askin... :)) maveriK Kate xx
You are a deep space, inner and outer, poet, Jude.
Your language is ambitious and is woven with the skill of an ancient weaver.
Within the confines of one's mind, dwells intelligence, compassion, happiness, sadness, uncertainty, positivity, negativity, many, many emotions and thoughts. Your poem touches all of these thoughts, and calms the rush of the tide that sweeps over my mind as I read this poem.
Lovely work, as always,
Peace, love, and light,
Very interesting to say the least my friend and I like the concept of temperment being a motivator though I know it all too well to be true. Excellant work Jude.
"or nothing seems how it is seems and even less is greater known,".....maybe not in these exact words....but so many times I have thought this very same thing. This poem is excellent, Jude...but then again...so is most of what you write.
This really gives us much to consider,delving beyond what is known
at first glance, even on second glance;-)the last line didn't fit the first posting. Now it fits,and I still have to consider what you had in mind with the shadows touxhing pieces,of an out of control character...I'm glad you redid this...ET
