Ya recon?

Poem Artwork

A seapration, impending divorce,
decided not to stay the course.

though sad some things I've noticed too,
my grocery bill's been cut in two.

And laundry now I have to do,
but that has been halved too.

I was cook t'was both our wishes,
But now I have to do all the dishes.

Missing home I do a lot,
but I'm no longer in one spot.

So 'round the country side I can now caper,
'cause I save so much on toilet paper.

Walt

You bring back many memories of my own divorce, when I suddenly realized I would now have to learn to cook - and what a painful process that was. But I did save lots of money on grocery bills - even my dog wouldn't eat my cooking!

And I love that graphic!

This is funny in its own way, yet sad that events turn us from a loved one in one who stands alone and survives.

This is the funny part of a divorce that some take serious. You have a way of turning it around and good for you!

WOW ... Walt ... sounds like the fallout of divorce ... either that, or you've started shopping at Walmarts.
