Running out of patience, with illogical sequences

Going in circles!

Going around the bend

Searching for the end

Yet I don’t know where to start

I might as well, just throw a dart

Information hard to find

Especially when neerdly blind

This all puts me in a bind

This is a real grind

It was easy when I started

From common odds departed

Almost at wits end

I am going around the bend

Going round and round again

The same old grind the same old pain

It’s driving me insane

It’s really quite inane

A cry for help unheard

Because I’m not a nerd

I might as well speak Hutu

All of this is kind of voodoo

Help says go to save a copy, then to web

Dialogue box the next step

Are you into folder yet?

A file name has to get

My eyes are dancing in my head

Losing it a threat

Asking me for my type

Trying to be polite

Do most things in logical progression

When on canvas do impression

Paint highlights or depression

With heart and mind in session

Yet it seems quite opposite

My pictures on a map that’s bit

Should be on some peg, or J

If with web I want to play

Mind games they designed

In Boolean algebra defined

Kept only nerds in mind

This way was so inclined

Here the heart it has no space

Brain alone here sets the pace

The two here just don’t mix

Puts me in a real fix

Just can’t get over that it’s true

It can be either one or two

It’s either green or blue

Never mind your tint or hue

Yet in paint it mixes well

Sends calculations all to hell

It’s giving me the run around

For the insane asylum bond

Oh the multitude of ground I cover

A way to J Peg to discover

Harder than to find a lover

I clicked and clicked all over

If with this help line I can’t grabble

I’ll go out and buy myself an apple

I heard that Mr. Steven Jobs

Designed it for us slops

Other wise you my friends might never see

The other side of me

The side when wild and free

Paints mountains, lake, and tree

I’d like to share it on the web

With Holly, Dick, or Ed

Or anyone that’s so inclined

And sees with heart and mind

So folks out there if you are wise

To this ……..miserable device

Tell the truth, send me no lies

Enlighten me, and hear my cries

Until then in circles I will go

Form here to there and fro

Ah I remember a similar tune

Louis sang it to the moon

While I am sitting here and whimpering

With this computer tinkering

For better times a lingering

For better words a fingering

But I’m too polite

In drink instead take flight

And now things again, go round and round

A better way to cope have found.

This is funny...whenever I don't know how to do something I always ask someone to do it for me, "please"..some think I'm just lazy, but really I'm just sometimes stupid.

Oh Jasmin! This is a great write. I have been working with computers for a long time. Tell me what you want to do and I will do my best help you. At least you are going in circles and not knocking yourself out against hard walls.
Love,
annie

Going in circles - at least there's momentum as opposed to running into a brick wall.

Blessings.
