Less words, more action!
*Me thinks the later,* *Or late Jesus,* *The one considered,* *Outside the law,* *Of his times,* *Has long been forgotten,* *Not talked about,* *His courage,* *In the face of his enemies,* *To do what He did,* *To revise ideas of proper existence,* *We have fallen back,* *Back to the old ways,* *For to love your enemies takes courage,* *Much more that to bayonet him,* *For you might even lose your life,* *Like He did maybe,* *But that is why he lived as an example,* *Yet you proclaim his faith fiercely,* *But are doing anything to stay in this world,* *Even kill,* *Courage to meet death, for the right reasons,* *Like He did,* *What, that asking too much,* *There is a resounding yes,* *The easy things you do,* *But the real test,* *Well, I better run back to the Old Testament,* *King David and his Battles etc,* *There you abandon him totally,* *There might be a saint or two,* *Probably burned by the Christian Church itself,* *And there might be some not even Christian,* *But you my dear friends, well,* *You claim so strongly to be his follower,* *Show it like he did, more profoundly,* *There, where it really takes courage,* *I don’t think I would have it,* *But then I don’t claim to be a “Christian”* *Yet I love HIM dearly,* *For what He stood for,* *And try my best to emulate his teachings,* *And all the other, that were far wiser,* *Then the common political claptrap,* *That is most prevalent in today’s discourse,* *Especially in Christian Circles,* *Preachers that have woven their agenda,* *And mixed it all up with one that He long ago* *Had abandoned,* *HE didn’t scream from the pulpit,* *HE acted, and by so doing,* *Well you know what HE did,* *DON’T YOU?* *SO FOLLOW IT!!!!!!!!!!*

This is a pretty strange one Jasmin. C'mon and give me some of that stuff your're smoking. To lead by example is always the correct way. The hard part is getting those suckers to listen and belive what you say, when you do do speak. And believe me, I know from whence I speaketh.

Well done, Jasmin!!! Here in Bowie County, Texas, we boast most than 700 churches, lots of great sermons and singing on Sunday. Some of them have evening fellowship meetings during the week. Most of them have locked doors during the week. We have a moderate number of homeless people in Texarkana. We have several soup-kitchens and two shelters, all operated by secular organizations. Not one of the churches is helping. Jesus seems to have been forgotten, somehow replaced by an ideology of words rather than deeds. Because of this, "Christian" has largely become a label for something which Jesus never intended. We need to abandon those Houses with locked doors, along with the empty (pat me on the back) ideology they preach. We need to return to the basics of what Jesus said and did.
