Freeze

The changing of the seasons and the lonliness it brings on.



 

All of the warmth of Texas is gone,
like a freeze and leaves you lonely.
Lonely like insomnia and a freeze!

 

Tonight was the
first night,
it is below
freezing;
December 14, 2004 to
December 15, 2004.
It comes a little late in North Texas you see.

Becca, this is a beautiful poem. I am with you in this horrible bleak weather. I'm not too far away in Alabama and we're just not used to this! I love our long summers and now they're gone. God bless you and Happy Christ's Birth.

Here's to yah Becca, to warm fires, or cosy heating, sheepy rugs, and hot chocolate.. Take care and be well throughout the coldest season.

Meanwhile I shall be frying my brains out here LOL, so expect some nonsense, as I become unglued in the heat as usual :)
