Courage worn like a Tiara Brandished flair and 'to do' A badge of rank not honor Crown of thorns precisely askew Sought details are provided The curious ensue New flesh is invited Lust's farewell barbeque Half open mouths gape starving Words pool slowly like dew On an anxious wet tongue Lays a spoonful of gruel Dark harvest is reaped It's bitter milk spewed As Skinner Box Babes Feed past their curfew Glory stains indelible A faded tattoo Marked suitors came quickly Then suddenly withdrew A delicious secret shared A select chosen few Pearls cast before swine She bids them adieu

Love the diabolical cadence of this. Am not sure of all the metaphors, but they sure are dark and deep enough to give me thinking who this devil is and what her blood is worth.
