Love the fast, insistent rhythm Lori. I read it as suggesting that inspite of the crazy pace of life that drives us along, we can always go back and find who we really are. But there are several valid interpretations of course.

A new take on change, Lori. Things change but the essence of people don't. We just found my uncle after he disapeared in 1962. He died in 1995, after living essentially (much less flamboyant, in essence, tragic) the same life, incognito.
