This is beautiful, Lori; a great way to fill five minutes. I thought it was tough to not use "e" though I did write mine quicker than I though I would be able to. I had to go back and edit, though, because I had inadvertantly slipped in a couple of those pesky e words. Great job at meeting the challenge.
