I had an ex ask me to give her a foot and make her bleed. So I whacked her on the nose with a 12" rule. Not really. Dunno why I said that, must be lacking in attention or something.

wow. great challenge to men who use their partner as a tool,but not as human. The male ego we call it . but we don't know the actual analysis for the behaviour of submissive attitude of a woman. Does a woman love more and have mind to sacrifice and forget and forgive the ills and ill conceived notions of her partner. Is it she is more patient? is submission to evil ,patience. Is it because of something in the nature that a woman is insrumental in exciting the man for the plesure of herself and the man.I believe it is not economic background ,but something connected with sex disparities and interdependance. Imay be enlightened on this. well done dear Lori!

WOW! What a treat to read one of your poems, Lori, I have missed them so much. Why do they call us a bitch then want to spend time with us, are they crazy? I am rarely a bitch, but when I am, it is more to push someone away than to draw them in. Some people thrive on being treated badly, personally, I just don't understand it. Great poem and you ask a question that I have no answer for, no matter how many years I have lived.
