What will it take,
for our minds no longer to ponder
wasted moments or sorrowed regrets,
but to treasure moments
birthed with new beginnings
etched freshly as a memory?
What will it take,
to love blindly with our hearts,
like a spirit in the wind
not controlled by obstacles
finding a path to flow freely?
What will it take,
for our bodies to know no boundaries,
pushed beyond limitations,
brink with exhaustion
exhilarated by passions?
What will it take,
for the inner soul to find solitude,
tranquil peace, freedom?
What will it take,
not to waste one moment,
to live each day to the fullest,
cherishing the gift of life?
Passion, egoless love, detachment from circumstance, enlightened soul.... What will it take? More than we might ever know.
