This is out of character for me but cynic that I am, I still believe in a higher power and the peace that believing can bring...
its not about understanding he said
when i pleaded ignorance
to what it is all about
it is about faith he said
about believing no matter what your eyes might see
its about knowing deep in your heart
that truth shall win out
over all the lies you are being fed
how can i have faith i wondered
when the world is falling apart
how can i believe
when everything around me is false
close your eyes and feel me he said
and know that i am with you
and in your heart
find peace
