I know
It doesn’t matter that I pretend ignorance
As I’ve learned to do so well
But I know
It has something to do with the silence
That hangs too long after I say I love you
With the hours you are away
When we used to be together
Just because I turn my head and look the other way
Don’t think for a minute that I don’t know
The signs are there
All I have to do is pay attention
And I know
You don’t love me anymore

I can relate to this so well...beautifully written
