Tell me a story of love
And I’ll make it rhyme
Give me your tomorrow
And it can be so sublime
Show me your dream
And I’ll turn it to prose
Give me the seeds
I’ll grow you a rose
Just start at the beginning
I’ll create the end
Give me the ingredients
I’ll make them all blend
We can be happy
With very little trying
We can have years
Without all the crying
If you’ll paint the picture
I’ll make it rhyme
If you’ll make the effort
I’ll take the time
