Joy is a short lived emotion that comes from doing or receiving good !
We need to keep on injecting our own copious amounts of joy towards those in our own personal space, and also seek to build a daisy chain effect in our world

This is a good poem, and you are right, there doesn't seem to be much joy around. But this is a fallen world and our joy will be in heaven.
