I read your words under one of
My poems
And was thrilled that you like me
Heard me
Cared what I said
Later I read another
I almost cried
So hard were your words
I wanted you to hear me
Listen to my side
Don't judge me too harshly
Silently I cried
I'm much too fragile
A part of me has died
You just don't know me
The pain that I feel
You don't know the story
That makes this one real
Then I stopped
And heard what YOU said
I sat there a moment
Just bowing my head
I may not like what you tell me
I may sometimes even dread it
But I have to thank you for this one thing
I'm so happy that you read it
Wonderful soul baring write and if I was the one you were rferring to I too humbly appologize. I always enjoyed your work and though honesty often hurts it can be handled gently and with feeling.

Words can either make us or break us, and that is why it is so very important to always speak the truth, then and only then, can we have the courage of our convictions, and not give a monkeys for what others think or say about us !

"I'm so happy that you read it" Isn't that the truth. When we question those who comment not to our liking we often think "if he only knew where I was coming from, maybe he would understand." And that is true, very much so, the think is you must relate that place you are coming from in order for the comments to realize that. I think. Maybe I have confused you as much as I am confused myself. Very good poem today, Sue.
The Star Seekers is a humorous, fast-paced adventure and a heartwarming story for anyone who has ever looked at the stars and wanted to venture out there.
She was quite capable of taking care of herself...She appreciated everything he was doing for her and the Grandmothers Four, but she needed his help, not for him to take over.
