I wish there were an easy answer To this dilemma I now face An easy right or wrong A precedent Something to tell me which way to go I waver Between yes and no Undecided Ambivalent I hate this wishy washy side of me Unable to make a firm decision And unable to walk away I finally give in I sit down with firm resolution After I pour myself a cup of coffee I slice that last pie And take a large piece for myself There Decision made at last I dig in

I had a similar experience this morning while staring at my yoga mat...only I didn't dive in. Your poem expresses the tug of war between "want" and "should". Enjoyed it. JM

Somtimes the best way to make a deicision is to just dive right in whethter it is a piece of pie or a life shattering experience. You dare to go where the feint of heart dare not go though if I were eyeing that pie. LOL
