I am so angry My mind won’t slow down My breath comes in great gasps Red hot furious anger The unfair in life catches me painfully In its viselike grip And I cry Not for what I have done Or what is being done to me But for what is missed So much And the lateness of the hour Brings my blood to a boil It is not fair I did nothing to deserve this Hot tears flow As I sob once again It just is not fair

Life isn't fair in many instances. I have long given up in comparing the fairness. Just live for what pleases you and for what you believe in.
