Have you ever felt despair
The bleak dark nothing of depression
Where things will never be better
And your heart
Doesn’t have to will to love
Or to care
When nothing in life seems worthwhile
And your dreams are all for naught
Have you ever
Been that down, that sad
So sad you have no will to live
And tomorrow
Will be no better
You know for sure it won’t
And even worse
You just don’t care

A true page-turner, Jeff Ovall’s futurist work of fiction peers into the history of a world not yet realized, yet ominously closer than most could imagine. A time in which the past has been reborn and humankind, in all its glory and misery, has final
