You are unbelievable he always said Running his hands thru her hair Making her purr with happiness You are unbelievable, he’d laugh When they tumbled together in childish glee The words always touched her deeply As did the wonder with which he said them You are unbelievable, he always said Till he caught her in that greatest lie And now it’s with scorn he says these words When she tries to make things right, to apologize I’m sorry but you are just unbelievable he sighs
