Don’t know her name.
Name don’t much matter.
Don’t know where she was.
Well, yeah, know where she was,
but don’t know where she was
‘cause city don’t much matter.
Nine-One-One, she dialed.
When asked the emergency,
when told the emergency,
“Lady,” came the response,
“that’s not an emergency!”
However, in a confrontation,
though really not mattering,
this one who’s name is unknown,
this one who’s city is unknown,
in a confrontation,
dialing Nine-One-One a second time.
When asked the emergency,
When told the emergency a second time,
“Lady,” came the response a second time,
“that is ‘not’ an emergency!”
However, if nothing other than self-righteous,
if nothing other than persistent,
if nothing other than, oh, minimally, stupid,
this lady still in a confrontation,
a third time
now dialing Nine-One-One .
This time, however,
“Where are you?” the responder questioned.
Quickly now, a few minutes later
a squad car arriving,
this lady,
this self-righteous,
this persistent,
this, oh, minimally, stupid lady
in verbal confrontation with her manicure lady,
unhappy with the look of her recently
styled fingernails as,
now in handcuffs,
this stupid lady
being led to the squad car.

In these days and times I'm not surprised if this is a true story! Creative and a good read.
