umm, same problem here. But the defrag utility by microsoft is broken also. Besides I need more RAM memory - turns out the chips are $50 a piece! Somebody's making money in this business but it's not me.

Know the feeling well, also have to eliminate other stuff as well sometimes to make room in the old memory banks. Wish it would work tht way with the brain too, can you just imagine.....
