I bask in the present moment
Filled with gratitude
At the fresh fall of leaves
That marks the birth
Of my favourite season
I chastise any harmful feelings
And scanty sentiments
For they seem almost sacrilegious
Before the edenic beauty
Of the reality before me
As I read between the lines
Of time passing
A very sobering poem Regis, Fall is also my favorite season, and this work reminds me of Fall in many beautiful ways!

Autmn has got to be one of my favorite seasons, besides summer. I love the colors and the leaves falling. The only sad thing about the season, when it's over, here comes the snow,,not so crazy about that, but what do you do? Oh yea, shovel,lol
