A human is never without in wants of something new!
In wants for, far more money In wants for, a far better life In wants for, a far better car In wants for, a far better house In wants for, far much more clothes In wants for, far much more shoes In wants for, far more better friends In wants for, a far prettier spouse In wants for, far much more love In wants for, far more things of beauty In wants for, far more things of necessity In wants for, far a much easier way of life Yet after you’ve got it all, still unsatisfied That’s for, being too far from Christ In whom a soul can only be satisfied And so despite of all those other things Christ is Man’s most essential need Without Him man’s desires won’t rest But will only in wants looking for more So despite of wants we need Christ more All rights reserved.

With each left to their own device(s), humanity has made a trash heap out of itself. Although not a practitioner of a relationship with God, I do believe He will have the last laugh at those of us who are examples of this work.

I'm trying to figure out what, "In Wants," is? But as I read your poem you describe wants that I don't have and never have had. Think you are describing a certain type of personality that is not me.

I am grateful for the possibility of fulfilling my needs with a little bit to spare to give to those less fortunate, but I don't see a need to follow Christ in order to do that.
