When love is one sided, all it comes with is heartbreak and misery. How can one undo a love that has engulfed one's heart?
Where did I go wrong? Not dating you for long? Could I have had you wait longer- And keep my heart farther- Thus preventing this heart pain From falling in love again? I thought I was loved by you I thought your sweet words were true My heart melts at the sound of your voice And till now, I can't make a choice To break or continue with the pain Of knowing loving you was in vain. If I could turn the hand of time I should have given us some more time Maybe we could have gotten this chance Even if it's just for once- To have our love tested in litmus. Now I ask, what is left of our love for us? Cupid shot at me its love arrow This love has instead brought me sorrow How can this love be undone? So that my heartache will be gone And my heart can gather together its pieces And cease from singing your praises.

It is best to test the waters carefully and date without falling in love, if possible. One may be infatuated with "the sound of a voice," without really listening to what is being said. Any small aggravation during the dating scene, will probably grow with time. But there is that angst that comes from being rejected when one feels they have found, "the one." Nothing is forever. Something young lovers make the mistake of thinking.

There's a risk when we open up our heart. Love makes us vulnerable, but when true love is found, it's worth the risk. Don't give up on love.
