Election 16

The people have spoke!
On elecion day
they came out to vote.
We now have a new kid on the block...
much to the chagrin of those 
who thought they had a shoe-in.
It is brand new day
in the good old US of A.
Zippidy doo dah day.

Yes, the image of the happy unemployed darkie with the fishing pole under Jim Crow America is now alive and well again. Isn't that just wonderful?

All I can say is that I am so glad the political ads are gone. This was a messy campaign but we got through it. We have chosen a new leader. May he lead fearlessly!!
