It would be really good if the world actually was united to do something about religious zealotry and the lack of concern for human life, but somehow, it always seems to be down to a few countries to get called on when the world is screwed-up to fix it, that yelled at when they get involved, thus putting them in a damned if you do situtation. The worst part is the in-fighting within the country, the fiddling while Rome burns. This hasn't all just started, it is just that no one has had to deal with it in the face. The world should be concerned about nukes, anywhere, because there are alot of people who only see in black or white, left or right, which always leads to blindess. I am an Independent and I am also poor and hungry, disabled with a disease and living on food stamps and state help, and I still worry about the fact that all that needs happen is for us to keep our eyes closed, just like during the first world trade center attack and just one complete religious nutter gets a dirty bomb. You are right- the world will need more dead people before it looks at reality- just ask the families of the Lockerbie, USS Cole, Saudi Hotel, etc. attacks. They've been concerned for years.

Your poetry writing is excellent. Your direct approach is refreshing. Howsomeever, as a WWII Vet, I'm still freightened of these two-bit Hitler characters who want their nation to sit with the big boys, and will do whatever it takes; oil, threats, religion, threats, innocense, threats, neighbors, threats, and more threeats to bully their way to the big table.

Yes, I'm fearful of who will drop the third big bomb, but I've been around the block enough times to know a bully when I see and hear one. Bush is not to blame for what is happening in the world. Greed takes first prize, and ambition, second. My kids grew up waiting for a Russion atomic bomb to drop. Now, you and others are telling me that the US is the threat when we try to contain amitious Iran.
How do you want your next war; on the ground or by atomic bombs?
Since we can't do a damn thing about it, why don't we leave the dealing with the small nations in the hands of our duly elected President, and his appointees? Tom Jefferson wrote that in the document, we still cherish.

Iran is totaly "off their rocker"..Hopeful something will happen good, but I just have a strong feeling someones going to drop the bomb and if that happens, Isreal and the U.S will not be silent..I pray everyday for world peace..Let's continue to pray for world peace..
